Jennifer was of great assistance in finding a care facility for my 95-year-old mother. She is an RN and also has a wealth of knowledge regarding all the facets of healthcare, health insurance, the various facilities available in our area, as well as contacts for lawyers to help with Medicaid application and other services. This means her services are unique because she was able to make the best recommendations based on every aspect of our situation. Since she is a Nurse, she was able to visit my parents in the hospital to assess their level of need for care in order to find the right facility for them to move to. Jennifer has the extraordinary ability to turn a difficult and stressful transition for my parents into a seamless, relatively stress-free experience. She is great at communicating and makes herself available if any need arises. She has continued to offer to be a mediator between my parents and the wonderful facility she found for them. Jennifer is the most compassionate and qualified professional in her field, and her continuous support has been a tremendous blessing to our family.
